System general information:
1. Using ventur’s shrinkage to improve the flow speed of beer, forming a strong vortex. Then the CO2 will be decomposed to macro bubble through jet-flow and diffusion.
2. Special static mixer design can mix the macro CO2 air bubble and beer to improve CO2 additive effect, meeting the need of process.
3. Precise membrane filtration system and steam filtration system. It can provide an assurance to meet the sanitary requirement of filling system, avoiding micro organic pollution during filling.
4. Adopting combined integral design. It can be installed on your production system conveniently and quickly without any affection to production.
