The cooker incorporates the following safety features:
1). Locking devices attached to the cooker to ensure that the lid is properly closed and locked into position before developing pressure and the lid cannot be opened when it’s pressurized.
2). Pressure regulator to ensure that when the inner pressure of a certain limit is reached in case of temperature and pressure controls failure, the pressure safety valve automatically release the trapped air to reduce the inner pressure.
